Return and refund policy

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are custom, one-of-a-kind, or made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement.

Damages and Replacements

Unfortunately, some items will be damaged or even lost during shipping. We are happy to replace these items but do require you to work with us to ensure this replacement. Please open your packages carefully. You must save all packaging, and send us the required photos for insurance purposes. In some cases you may need to drop your package off at an eligible drop off location or have the package available for a representative of the shipping carrier to inspect the package or pick up the package to take to an inspection site. Upon completion of those steps, we will begin production of your replacement.

Cancellations

  • Custom orders - we are unable to cancel a custom order after 24 hours. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be refunded through our payment processor to the card from which the order was placed. The custom order deposit is non-refundable.

  • Personalized orders - we are unable to cancel a personalized order after 24 hours.

Change of Mind

We are unable to accomodate any “change of mind” requests after 24 hours (see cancellations plus return and exchange policies above). In most cases, after 24 hours of placing your order we have already started production and/or preparing your order for shipping.

Wrong Product

In the event that you receive the wrong product, we will work quickly to rectify the issue with you.

Never Arrived

We will use detailed tracking information to verify delivery of your sign. All items are insured to protect both the buyer and seller. If tracking shows delivery to the address that was provided to us at purchase, the buyer is responsible to open a case with the appropriate shipping carrier.
